Right of withdrawal

Under articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason.

To do so, send us a clear statement at info@domainedecugis.com with your order number. You may use the model form below.

Exception: unsealed food products

Under article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. An opened bottle or jar can therefore be neither returned nor refunded.

Returns and refunds

Unopened products in their original packaging must be returned within 14 days of your statement to: SARL Card Line Concept (CLC) – Le Buisson, 59 impasse de la Sauge, 13780 Cuges-les-Pins, France. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your statement, and at the latest upon receipt of the products, using the same payment method.

Defective product

A damaged or non-conforming product is refunded or replaced at our expense, under the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
