Orders: name, addresses, email, phone and order content, to process, deliver and invoice your order. Payment data is handled by our payment provider and is never shared with us.
Customer account: login details and order history, to track your purchases.
Customer reviews: the display name, rating and comment you publish, through our provider Judge.me.
Estate newsletter: your email, only if you subscribe. One-click unsubscribe in every email.
Contact form: the information you send us, so we can reply.
Cookies: cookies required for the cart and checkout; analytics or advertising cookies only with your consent.

Recipients

Your data is accessible to our team and our technical processors: Shopify (store hosting and payment), Judge.me (customer reviews) and the carrier. It is never sold.

Retention periods

Order data: 10 years (accounting obligations). Marketing data: 3 years after the last contact. Customer account: until it is deleted.
